Chiropractic Diversified Techinques

The Spine includes the vertebral column and cranium.  Chiropractors use their hands to assess both the structure and function of the body.  This is similar to a computer in terms of hardware and software.  Does your “H” key stick or does your computer have a virus, or both?  Sarah McNeily, DC can identify these issues in the human body.  Diversified technique is a style of chiropractic adjusting that encompasses a variety of different techniques to allow for best practices based on an individual patient’s specific needs and comfort level.  It is safe, non-invasive, and effective.  The adjustment uses a controlled force applied in the joint plane to restore proper motion to the restricted joints, thus restoring segmental joint and regional range of motion.  The adjustment also helps decrease pain and allows the natural healing processes of the body to work effectively.

Extremity adjusting techniques address any joint in the body that is not the spinal column.  This includes the TMJ, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, rib, and foot.  This treatment can be modified to meet an individual’s specific need.  Chiropractic care is an alternative to pharmaceutical l drugs or surgery.

Dr. McNeily realizes that some patients can benefit from her care without getting the “crack” or knuckle popping sound from the joint.  She will discuss your specific needs on your first appointment.
